Please ensure that students arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of each exam to allow sufficient time for seating arrangements and any last-minute preparations. Students should bring all necessary materials.

In addition, students are permitted to bring a clear water bottle with no stickers or writing on it to stay hydrated during the exam. All smart devices (phones, watches, Fitbits etc) have to be removed and placed in their bags. Alternatively, they can hand them to the invigilator. This is to ensure that there are no distractions or issues related to exam regulations.

Please arrive outside the school’s main entrance. A member of staff from the Greek Community School will guide you to the classroom.

1. Revision and Study Plans: Students should continue to follow their revision timetables and make use of all available resources including textbooks, past papers, and online materials. Consistent and focused study sessions will be crucial in the coming weeks.
2. Healthy Lifestyle: Encourage students to maintain a balanced diet, stay hydrated, and get plenty of rest. Regular breaks during study sessions can help improve concentration and reduce stress.
3. Exam Techniques: Practice past exam papers under timed conditions to become familiar with the format and improve time management skills. Reviewing mistakes and understanding where improvements can be made, is equally important.
4. Support and Communication: If students or parents have any concerns or need additional support, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We are here to help and ensure that every student has the opportunity to succeed.
5. On the Day of the Exam:

• Ensure that students have a good breakfast and are dressed comfortably.
• Remind students to check that they have all required materials before leaving home.
• Arrive at the exam venue 30 minutes early to avoid any last-minute stress.
