The Admission Process

Enrolments
St.Cyprian's Community School is an acclaimed educational institution that accepts students from a broad catchment area. Parents or guardians who wish to enroll their child must complete an online registration form and submit a £25 enrolment fee. This will cover additional expenditure for resources and materials given to children throughout the year for their activities. In the event that the school does not offer your child a place, this fee will be refunded.

For families with up to two children, the enrolment fee applies. Families with three or more children will have the enrolment fee deducted from each child's termly fee.

St Cyprian's Community School accepts children for enrollment in the term in which they will turn four, with priority given to those who have had their fourth birthday, if places are available. It is strongly advised that children are enrolled at the school inSeptember, although a small number may be accepted during the academic year, again if places are available.

The Headteacher offers guided tours to prospective families by prior arrangement. Places are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Parents are advised to register their child as early as possible to secure a place.

GCSE and A-Level students can also be admitted in the summer term, for preparatory entrance to the examination courses. Registration for enrolment in September opens the previous year in September and closes at the end of March. Late submissions will be considered if places remain.

After submitting an application, parents will be informed if their child has been offered a place via email within seven working days. Parents are required to provide relevant information if the child has documented 'special learning needs', so that teachers can be made aware of the student's requirements. All new students are assessed and placed in a class based on their ability especially for GCSE and A-Level classes, however a student's age is a predominant factor in their placement.

Invoicing
Once a child is offered a place at our school, the parents receive an email invitation to join our school portal. In the portal, parents can view their invoices, payment history, and make secure online payments.
